Aoos is adult female Egyptian vulture from Albania, often visiting and feeding in Epirus, and tagged with a satellite transmitter in 2015. The vulture was called Aoos on the name of the River in the area where it was trapped in Greece.  Aoos traveled from Southern Albania to Chad, and spent the period between October 2015 and March 2016 there. On April 18, 2016, reached the Balkans. For a short time, Aoos visited the Eastern Rhodopes, Bulgaria. Only a week later Aoos reached her breeding territory in Albania and started to incubate. In 2016 she successfuly raised one fledgling and started to migrate on 21/9/2016. Aoos is wintering in Chad, in the area between Chad and Fitri lakes.
