Seminar in Ethiopia 2013

A training seminar about the study and conservation of the Egyptian vulture was held by the Project team in Ethiopia during 9-19.1.2013. The event was attended by representatives of conservation organizations and authorities of Ethopia, Chad, Sudan, Djibouti and Somalia. The seminar was organized by  BSPB and the Ethiopian Wildlife and Natural History Society (EWNHS / BirdLife Ethiopia) under the support of the CMS-Raptors MoU. It consisted of theoretical and practical training and was a key step in building capacity to work with the species in these countries.
